TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF MODULE SYSTEM CONTAINER:

TECHNICAL DATA: Snow load on the roof is 80 kg/m², external wall thermal conductivity k: 0.73 Kcal/m² hc, bed load is 200 kg/m².

1- WALLS: At the surface of external walls 35 mm depth, DKP corrugated sheet with 0.80 mm thickness, as of thermal insulation at the inner and external walls expanded polistren foam (10/12 kg / m3) with 40 mm thickness, both surface of external walls PVC wainscot (arbitrarily surface colored cement particle board or suntalem) are used.

2- ROOF COVERING: Whether it is with 27 mm depth, 0.55 mm thickness trapeze steel galvanized sheet, rain waters are cleared by corner columns.

3- CEILING COVERING: For thermal insulation glass wool with 80mm thickness, for roof covering wainscot is used. (it can be cement particle board suntalem arbitrarily)

4- DOORS: Whether door frames are steel, exterior doors are metal door with insulation, inner doors are hardwood MDF contrapres door. Exterior door sizes are 800 x 1950 mm, inner doors sizes are 800 x 1980 mm, WC inner doors are 600 x 1980 mm.

5- WINDOWS: Window woodworks have PVC origin and 4mm glass arebeing glazed. (Arbitrarily double glazing can be used.) Electric aspirator is used in kitchen, WC, shower departments. Window sizes are 900 x 1100 mm. Aluminum blind is used for air condition in no insulation units.

6- FLOOR: Vinyl floor covering is used (300x300x1.6 mm upper surface is foil backed) as of floor covering on the cement particle board with 16 mm thickness which is assembled above the horizontal profiles.

7- INSTALLATIONS: According to floor plan electric wiring, call installation, sanitary installation (WC, washbasin, kitchen sink) which carries 2000 W energy, is existed.

8- PAINT: Duplex industrial primer, duplex industrial oil color is applied to exterior surface of containers.

9- SIZES: Containers
As first type 3.00 x 7.00 x 2.60 m. .
As second type 2.40 x 6.00 x 2.60 m. sizes production

Avarage weight of containers,

3.00x7.00:2500Kg.
2.40x6.00:1500Kg.

10-LIFTING SYSTEM:
Loading process is done by equal distance steel cable which is tied with locks to eyebolt bar which is assembled privately at corners. Almost WC and shower containers can be produced from galvanize sheet with no insulation, it is produced with insulation. Containers can be produced duplex or multiplex arbitrarily. Carrying system of all containers is arranged by considering this characteristic.
