PREFABRICATED BUILDS

Prefabricated modular building has a lot of advantage and also it goes fast in favor of demand owner. Our buildings which is made suitable to your all demands, after making preliminary works such as making waterworks and wiring to place which you offered us, passing assembling operation and our buildings put into service to you demand owner as soon as possible.

After living earthquake disaster, we realized the importance of prefabricated buildings which we also call high quality and strong ready house . Prefabricated and houses should be built by means supplying every need. By reason of production which is made in structured in our factory, is fast, in quality, and economic; importance of prefabricated buildings or prefabrication which is applied in all world, is known. On the choice of prefab building systems which is made by applying betopan material and steel system with methods of prefabrication which is applied as of open, heavy, light, partial or total, with many factors according to intended use of buildings, architectural point, local condition, people’s economic and life style is being considered and prefabricated houses and buildings are produced. 

Prefab system is a building system which is preferred very often in prefab construction where industrial building is economic, fast and quick in. Prefab buildings systems has light, applicable fast, economic, industrialized building techniques. Our aim is providing fastest, economic, and modern service to our customer in light building sector.

TECHNICAL DATAS:

Products are being  produced considering 80kg/m snow load, 90 km /sn wind speed,1 level eaetquake conditions and 3. climate zone as base.

1-)OUTER AND INNER WALL PANELS:

  1. Dimensions of inner and outer walls are 8x1250x2500 mm,and both sides of walls have cemented particle board.
  2. Load-carry capacity is ensured by pressing hard polyster foam among two sheets.
  3. 40 mm polyester hard foam is used for heat  ınsulation.
  4. Heat conductivity coefficient is ,K:0,64 kcal/m

2-)WALL COMBINATIONS: Connection components are   curved from GALVANISED metal sheet and connected by special connect system. Rust doesn’t form as a result of perspiration because of radius formings in corner.

3-)DOORS:

  1. Outer doors are  sandwich panel doors made of steel chopping and  has 90x200 cm sizes.
  2. Dimensions of Inner doors are 80x200 cm . Inner doors have metal frame and  edgings are double-side  MDF LAM coated 
  3. There will be cylinderical locks in outer doors and  built-in lock in inner doors.Bran name of locks is KALE.

4-)WINDOWS:

  1. Windows are specially shaped PVC chopping,  dimensions of windows  are 100x120 cm and brand name  windows is FIRATPEN
  2. Transom windows are PVC chopping and dimensions are 40x60 cm
  3. Glasses are 4+9+4 mm thermopane.

5-)CARRIER CONSTRUCTION:

  1. Steel frame which is  made of roof shear ,(which  is made of box profile) ,  colons (made of  special profile  of  GALVANISED metal sheet) and  wooden purlings, complete the mission of carrying. There is steel shear on every 125cm of the building side.
  2. Purlings are 5x5 mm and wooden
  3. Connections are screw and bolt system and they may mount and demount many times.

6-) CEILING COATING AND ISOLATION

a.12 mm -thick plaster board sheet is used as ceiling coating.

b.ceiling isolation is performed by 80mm-thick glass wool.

c.Tavan connection is done by welding suspended roof omegas below the roof shears. Rust doesn’t form as a result of perspiration because of radius formings in corner.

d.Plaster board connection components are made of electro static painted aleminium material.

e.Heat conductivity coefficient of roof is ; K:0,49kcal/m2.

7-)ROOF COATING

a.0,50 mm galvanised trapezium metal sheets or Avrasya brand named  waves are driven on wooden purlings.(optionally OSB+MEBRAN+ŞINGIL may also be applied)

b.Roof coating is attached by plastic-joint nails.

c.There is 20 cm width  canopy curved from  galvanised  metal sheet, around the building

d.PVC square rain drainpipes and descents are mounted.

8-) PAINT:

  1. Outer metal surfaces painted by  double-layer synthetic oil- paint and double layer primers.
  2. The outer betopan(physical mixture of wood, cement and non-toxic chemicals) is painted by acrylic pigment for protective.
  3. Inner walls and ceilings are painted by latex paint.
  4. Mastic must be applied on connection details of outer walls.

9-)ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION :

  1. Whole installation is installed by PVC cable( TSE certificated) from outside.
  2. Brand name of switches and wall plugs is VIKO
  3.  Lightening is PELSAN TMS armature. (There is no electric panel or counter)

10-)SANITARY INSTALLATION:

  1. Clean water sanitary installation is installed  by PVC based white pipe
  2. Dirty water sanitary  installation is installed  by PVC based pipe
  3. Vitrifies and accessories are TSE certificated.
  4. Dirty/clean water  sanitary installation is up to 1 m  outside  the building.
  5. There is no water counter /water flow meter  and kitchen cabinets( they belong the customers obligation).

11-) MIDDLE FLAT CONSTRUCTION ( FOR TWO-FLAT BUILDINGS)

  1. Middle flat construction is done by profile as carrier cage.
  2. 16 mm carrier betopan( cement particle board ) is coated on middle-flat cage.
  3. Plaster board of  suspended roof is coated ( from below side) by 80 mm-thick glass wool for sound ısolation.
  4. Load carrying capacity of middle flat is calculated as 200kg/m2.

12-) STAIRS( FOR TWO-FLAT BUILDINGS)

  1. 16 mm betopan will be coated on steel frame which is made of box profiles.
  2. Frame of stairs will be painted by double-layer oil- paint and double layer primers
  3. Guardrails of stairs will be made of box profile.

 The customers have   obligations of floor beton,floor and wall coverings, heating and cooling  installations and outside lines out of building and in case of foreign city montages,  also residing, feeding of workers, transportation and transportation insurance
